fruit salsa with cinnamon sugar chips*

Today was a great great day! I discovered my new favorite snack today! FRUIT SALSA! Our Best Bites has a great recipe for fruit salsa on their blog and it inspired me to make my own fruit salsa and homemade cinnamon sugar chips. We served this tonight for snack for the kids and I cannot wait to hear how they liked it tomorrow!

Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Sugar Chips
concept from Our Best Bites

Fruit Salsa
1 - 1/2 pint blackberries, cut in half if they are rather large
1 - 1/2 pint blueberries
1 - 1/2 pint raspberries
1 lb. strawberries, diced
2 mangoes, diced
1 fresh pineapple, diced
6 kiwis, diced

Cinnamon Sugar Chips
4 - 12" whole wheat tortillas
1/4 cup cinnamon sugar
cooking spray

Combine all of your fruits in a bowl and mix until well combined. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the tortillas in squares/triangles or whatever shape you like and place them on a baking sheet.Spray tortillas with cooking spray and sprinkle on some cinnamon sugar GOODNESS! Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until brown and crispy.

Let cool for 10 minutes and these little guys are ready for a dip in some yummy fruit salsa!

Happy dipping!
